Cookie categories
Essential cookies
These are required for the website and application to function. They enable core features like authentication, security, and session management. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using Outlap — doing so would prevent the service from working.
Functional cookies
These remember your preferences (such as theme) or support features like live chat. They are not strictly necessary but improve your experience. You can disable them without preventing basic use of the platform.
Analytics and support cookies
Crisp sets cookies to operate the support chat system. These help us respond to your queries and understand how support interactions occur. Crisp's privacy policy is available at crisp.chat/en/privacy.
We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies and do not share cookie data with advertisers.

Note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use parts of Outlap. In particular, disabling session cookies will prevent you from remaining logged in.
To opt out of Crisp analytics specifically, you can block third-party cookies in your browser or use a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. We respect the intent of this preference — we do not use advertising tracking cookies regardless of your DNT setting.
Changes to this policy
If we introduce new cookies or change how existing ones are used, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be noted in our general communications.
